• Do not interfere with availability through automated load or denial-of-service activity.

• Do not attempt to make BetDNA produce betting tips, predictions or selections.
• Do not present BetDNA output as professional financial, legal or medical advice.
• Do not resell, redistribute or republish generated insights as your own product.
• Do not submit images or content unrelated to your own betting activity.

BetDNA's value depends on accurate history. Deliberately importing fabricated bet slips, falsifying results or manipulating your records undermines your own insights and may distort platform-level analysis.

• Uploading unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Uploading betting history you do not own or have no right to submit.
• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Using the platform to harass, defraud or harm others.
• Circumventing subscription, trial, access or security controls.
• Accessing the platform through automated means, bots or unofficial clients.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive the platform's source code, models or scoring methodology.

Breaches may result in a warning, restriction of features, suspension or permanent termination, depending on severity. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
